Herb & Soul is not responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process however if a product does arrive damaged, please notify Jen as soon as possible at hello@herbandsoul.ca and we will work together to get to a solution.
There are no refunds/returns or exchanges but in the event you are unsatisfied with a product, please reach out at hello@herbandsoul.ca and we will offer other possible ways to use the product including passing it along to a friend or family member.
