Listen to yourself.

This is easier for some and more challenging for others. The fact is, there is SO much information out there to peruse and absorb. There are just as many types of practitioners as well who practice allopathic methods, natural methods and everywhere in between. 

You feel me? It can be a lot! 

Finding some trust in yourself, learning for yourself and being open to yourself and your needs is a solid start to finding those practioner[s] and practices that can best assist you.

Then I come along [waving] and I only want to let you know that I am here for you.

I’m your cheerleader. I’m your leaning post. I’m your platform. I’m your flashlight. 

I don’t want to make things more confusing for you. Let’s keep it simple. What I’d like to do is encourage you, display for you and support you in discovering for yourself what it is you need and what it is you want. And that shit can change on the regular!

From having a complex relationship with my mom, growing up in an alcoholic home, struggling with my own feelings and turning to alcohol, suppressing my voice [and thus myself] in order to keep the peace, raising four kiddos, having ovarian cysts [rupture], gallstones, cancer and divorce - I feel like I can relate to some of you.

The passing of my mom two years ago has left me with a giant hole in my heart but has also given me wings. I know she has left for me the freedom I feel today so that I may feel, be and share all that I need to. So that I can shine as bright as I like, WHEN I like and so that my daughters and ALL daughters can find their way to feeling the same.

We’ll dive deeper into my own personal experiences on the podcast and we’ll also be sharing the experiences of others because what I know to be true is that it IS possible to find your way in this lifetime and we need to hear these valuable stories!

I know that I do not have all the answers for you but...

I’m gonna shine my light and show you where I’ve been and what I’ve tried and what I’m thinking about and I’m hoping and believing that the more of us that get together and shine in this way, the closer we’re going to get to living OUR lives in exactly our OWN way.

Nature calls strongly to me and so does community and while I never would have believed it before, so does EASE. 

I hope this offers some insight about me and what I’m offering.
